I'm for the full width, as long as it's designed so the tread isn't super ballooned when mounted on a 1" wide wheel.

Please add extra tread depth and super thick sidewalls. At least double as thick as your current 1.9's please. I somehow manage to poke small holes through the sidewalls when playing in sharp, wet, rocks and rivers.

X2 ur compound is plenty soft to afford a beefier sidewall. This tire will be going on my new build if yall do it as the inspiration has these exact tires on it!

Pitbulls making other tire manufacturers look so bad with all these new releases! You guys are killing the scale tire game!

1.75" should be be a good width.

I will admit, I do like the Rocker tread pattern better. I think a Rocker may perform better with the "randomish" tread pattern as well. The growler looks a bit more streetable to me.

4.75" by 1.75" sounds great to me! Not sure what I'm going to use them on, but I'm sure I can find something

Pit Bull 1.9 Growler tire
Okay gents. We're thinking about coming out with a 1.9 Growler Scale tire and would like to know your thoughts.

We're thinking
4.75 OD
1.75 OW

Tell me what you think.

To me, it looks like it'll perform similar to the FlatIrons. Lug is wide with narrow lug spacing

Being softer, maybe it'll perform better than the FIs though...

Will be interesting to see these work

Optical illusion in terms of lug spacing. Our Growler is an aggressive tire...very aggressive, but because of the aesthetic nature of this directional pattern, it looks like they are closer than in reality. I believe you will be pleasantly surprised with performance.

I have to agree this tire will have a limited market do to it's size.

Ya, limited to the class 2 champ!!! It falls within the same specs as the Baja Claw and the Iroks, which are some of the most commonly used tires in class 2 for their ground clearance advantages... I'm pretty sure that a PITBULL compound tire in this size will be at the top of the podium as soon as released!!!
The clearance issues with a tire of this size can easily be remedied with a wider hex or slight suspension adjustments, and will be well worth any minor adjustment that needs to be made!!! Keep em coming PITBULL!!!
For those already running Claws, Iroks , or Boggers, these will fit like a glove...

they are not wide they are wide for an irok. but the baja claw and it looks good. pit bull tires are wide and it is going to look great and preform even better
