Pit Bull 1.9 Growler Tire POLL
 

I need you guys to tell me what width you would like on this new 1.9 Growler.

When we scale it down from a 47x21-20 to 4.75" OD, the width should be roughly 1.75

But some people made mention that they may want something different. Hence the poll.

They said in the other thread it scales down to 1.75".

I like the wider tire look. Looks closer to the real tire.

So it will be the same height as the rc4wd 1.9 ttc baja claw. The width on those is perfect in my eyes. Those are 1.75".

OKAY...So in order to facilitate accord I'm willing to compromise.

To be like a 47x21-20 scaled down to a 4.75, the tire would be 1.75 OW.

55% want 1.7 or 1.75

30% want 1.65 or 1.6

How about we compromise and go with a 1.70 Overall Width. That will be pretty damn close to scale and still be a little thinner tire than many of the tires already on the market.

Sound good? If not, then have more people vote so we get a more accurate accounting of the public's wants.

I voted for 1.7 wide, so that sounds like a fair compromise to me!

I say scale them down to proper proportions, so I voted for 1.75".
Whatever width is decided on, I'm more stoked about this tire coming out than any other tire EVER. Thank you PITBULL for giving us a taller 1.9! "thumbsup"

i'd just go with the middle you mentioned at 1.7" wide "thumbsup" ....when your talking difference between 1.75" and 1.65" your not even really gonna see that difference with tire on a truck.......bob

So this tire is a 1.9 which could run on any class 2 rig? Id love a set for my toyota but 47s on a real toyota hilux is insane :shock: Crazy how things scale down and what not. Im cool with whatever, cool ass looking tire to me!

I voted! I voted middle ground, 1.7".. I measured my pits an don't think ill notice much.. what's an 1/8" taller, top an bottom, an .05" wider.. they sound perfect! I have a Tundra build coming that I can see these on, if I don't run the 1.9 rockers.. I myself already don't notice a ground clearance issue running against other rigs wotg taller tires, these already work the best out of any other tire, #1 one driving score at the last two comps in class 2 my pits got me.. I'm sold on pitbulls an will run whatever they bring to us at the table..

I hear ya, but you'll see this on a few scale rigs and about eleventy billion stock honcho's and they'll look like gumballs LOL
