Why does it matter about how flat it is? Do they work better flat or is it just a personal preference

It looks like it give a narrower minimum overall track width....which I like, therefore resulting in more possible wheel offsets using these.

The ones that are not flat are the slims. They have a .225" offset. When they were flat there were some people that found their stub shafts were not threaded enough and they could not fully seat the wheel nut. The raised landing is for the nut to lie on so that the wheel can be fully tightened.

Got my Shifts today and I was impressed by the quality of the milling and how securely they mount to both the SLW rims and the XR10 axles. NO MORE HEX yay

Highly recommend these over anything else. Makes so much sense. Love them.

I turned down the heads of some 4-40 Button Heads to mount them up using one thick shim front and back and I think the whole package looks pretty tasty.

Thanks again for the prompt shipping!

I got mine for my 1.9 scaler. Added them to my new LockedUp wheels and sprinkled on some scale hardware!

For those of you attending the NENQ ONLY!

If anyone wants to buy shift hubs and save $5 ($35 instead of $40) let me know. I will take paypal orders now and bring parts down to Rausch Creek with me. I will have some with me to sell freestyle but if you really want some this is the way to make sure you get them.

Also there is still time to do custom anodizing on the hubs and get them for $45 instead of $50. Any custom anodizing orders need to be into me by Wednesday night.

Send me a PM to get things going.

Expires 6/29/14

02-13-15 Currently out of stock on Slim shifts, I have a handful of regular shifts available in silver, or they can be anodized. I should be getting more inventory by the end of the month.

The new batch of shifts has come in and is moving fast so act quick if you want some. Will have more on the way soon if you happen to miss out.

Also an important update. For all of you who were tired if getting your shifts in and immediately taking an M3 tap to them.... it's your lucky day. The plan is to have all shift hubs tapped to M3 from now on. There will be six holes pre-drilled for #4-40 screws (3/32nd drill) so if you still want to rock #4-40 hardware it can be done. Those of you using M3 hardware if you find that you have stripped some threads on the tapped M3 holes the ones drilled to 3/32nd can be opened opened up and tapped for new M3 holes.

Hopefully the backlash from the "stock" users isn't to painful but I am a comp guy, and the people who helped grow shifts are comp guys too.

Brian,

These hubs are my favorite by far. I run them on all three of my rigs.

Just curious if you considered the "slim" spacers we talked about at NENQ.

I would love to have 1/16" spacers included in my arsenal of spacers that come with your current hub package.
