Re: NEW PRODUCT RELEASE - 1.9 Raceline Aluminum Beadlocks 2.2 Rock Beasts on my Bomber. Got a set if 2.2 XORs going on my Yeti soon too! As for the advice part, I'd suggest offering different wheel width options. Your XOR tires are a lot wider than most tires, which limits wheel options. It would be great if you guys had wheels for those tires. https://farm5.staticflickr.com/4740/...39409dea_c.jpg |
Re: NEW PRODUCT RELEASE - 1.9 Raceline Aluminum Beadlocks Choosing one, cool photo is tough. I have a few sets of Pitbulls. As far as the wheels, I'd like to see some clear anodized versions (not silver anodized) and even some black, re-machined wheels so you have black and raw aluminum on the same wheel. How about the OG Rock Beasts - the tires that sucked me into the Pitbull brand. Please, please, please re-release these in Alien Kompound! https://farm3.staticflickr.com/2816/...8294a327_b.jpg https://farm5.staticflickr.com/4486/...beef2c9a_b.jpg https://farm1.staticflickr.com/900/2...91ccca27_b.jpg http://i.imgur.com/klL3vzqh.jpg https://farm2.staticflickr.com/1881/...48c535c1_b.jpg |

These have been around for so long they are rusting right along with the wheels. "thumbsup" Ernie |
Re: NEW PRODUCT RELEASE - 1.9 Raceline Aluminum Beadlocks I can show you rigs with 3 sizes of RockBeasts My fav tire. http://www.rccrawler.com/forum/membe...4480-65573.jpg https://scontent-sea1-1.xx.fbcdn.net...dd&oe=5CD8805E Sorry, No cool pic of the 1.5 tires. Still building.. |
Re: NEW PRODUCT RELEASE - 1.9 Raceline Aluminum Beadlocks I would like to see more wheels in gray. I like wider deeper dish wheels and want a 1.9 wheel at least 1" wide inside the beadlocks and a 2.2 wheel at least 1.250" inside the beadlocks. I also prefer wheels that are SLW hub compatible. I would also like to see more tires in the 4.4" to 4.6" OD range. Here are pics of some of my TRX4s equipped with Pit Bull Growlers and Rock Beast. Of the three new style wheels you have released I'm really liking the five spoke Combat. BTW, is there any chance that you might release a 1:1 Growler in a 285/70-17? I would be interested in a set for my 07 Silverado 2500HD. Re: NEW PRODUCT RELEASE - 1.9 Raceline Aluminum Beadlocks 1 Attachment(s) Some XL PB rubber and some proper size PB rubber here. x2 on some 4.4-4.6” tires "thumbsup" |
Re: NEW PRODUCT RELEASE - 1.9 Raceline Aluminum Beadlocks 3 Attachment(s) My old Toyota crawler and the new rigs. The new ones are way more affordable :ror:. Obviously the simpler the better for mounting. Although I have a few sets of your tires, we do run other brands. Other wheel manufacturers of 1.9 have found a design that I’ve found works on the 6 different tires we have. So, a wheel that is user friendly to as many brands of tires as possible. A hub lug pattern that is not proprietary. I see price point is already established, but a better price point would be great. I think for a lot of us it’s hard to justify almost half the cost of our RTR on a set of wheels. Thanks for providing a great product though. OH, I think it would be great if a RC tire/wheel company would come out with a all composite very light weight tire wheel combo. For a matching spare. Obviously it wouldn’t be usable, but how many of us actually use our spare tires. It would provide a great look without adding the extra weight. If you guys do it first remember you heard it here first...LOL |
Re: NEW PRODUCT RELEASE - 1.9 Raceline Aluminum Beadlocks Runs XORs ON EVERYTHING!!!!! DESPERATELY NEED TO MAKE A 1.55 IN THESE TIRES!!!! have a set of rock beasts on the tf2 for now but switching them out to growlers!! And maybe some berserkers on the tamiya https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...f08579a7b2.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...01286154a9.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...18e1da8be1.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...6685f45a4a.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...453fc014fb.jpg Sent from my LG-M703 using Tapatalk |
Re: NEW PRODUCT RELEASE - 1.9 Raceline Aluminum Beadlocks Obviously color options are always a big hit ! Stronger screw heads. Most companies screws for rims arent that strong and strip out very easily. Itd be nicer to see some more deeper dish rims on the market, Especially to work better with both the 2.2, 1.9 xor. Single spare tire option. Maybe to see the rims in a 1.55 and a 2.2..... Sent from my LG-M703 using Tapatalk |
Re: NEW PRODUCT RELEASE - 1.9 Raceline Aluminum Beadlocks https://i.imgur.com/cKz60qcl.jpg The one thing I would like to see in the wheels is the Clutch and Combat available in the offset of the Rhyno for better tire tuck. Also, a 4.19 inch version of the 1.9 Rock Beast has been my dream for like 5 years. "thumbsup" |

Re: NEW PRODUCT RELEASE - 1.9 Raceline Aluminum Beadlocks My 2.2 Camaro "thumbsup". http://i1264.photobucket.com/albums/...s/IMG_6515.jpg http://i1264.photobucket.com/albums/...s/IMG_6514.jpg I think this truck is in Florida now. Wow, what a drive.;-) These would be great tires in a softer compound? Ernie |
Re: NEW PRODUCT RELEASE - 1.9 Raceline Aluminum Beadlocks http://i1264.photobucket.com/albums/...4-IMG_8685.jpg These tires worked great at the RPP Jamboree. Just a little smaller OD would be great!! "thumbsup" Ernie |
Re: NEW PRODUCT RELEASE - 1.9 Raceline Aluminum Beadlocks Pitbull tires get you everywhere  https://farm5.staticflickr.com/4534/...8fd6fbd4_b.jpg Not many things are cooler then ice 8) https://farm5.staticflickr.com/4600/...d30603ee_b.jpg Nice to see you want to get some information from the people using your stuff. So I'll take the chance :) I would really like to see more <4.05 and ~4.5-4.6 tires. There are not enough good tires in this range. Regarding wheels - it would be nice, if you can mount slw hubs like the brake hubs from ssd. The wheel itself should be able to mount many different tires without big issues (of course). They should have a lot of space on the backside, so knuckles weights or portals aren't an issue. The mounting method of some ssd or vanquish wheels are great. Just a couple screws on the backside without any ring. Design wise, you are on a very good way. I really like those 3 wheel designs. The clutch and combat look really good. And regarding color. Well, black is never wrong. Colored beadlock rings to chose from would be great. |
Re: NEW PRODUCT RELEASE - 1.9 Raceline Aluminum Beadlocks When I built my 1.9 Wraith I had one set of tires in mind from mock up until completion. https://farm2.staticflickr.com/1903/...ecc22dba_o.jpg |
Re: NEW PRODUCT RELEASE - 1.9 Raceline Aluminum Beadlocks Are we paying ONE photo or as many as we want? |
Re: NEW PRODUCT RELEASE - 1.9 Raceline Aluminum Beadlocks Got quite a few Pitbull tires in the stable now. My favorite is still the Rock Beasts... In PA we get everything from rocks to mud to sand to water to clay. Great tires that seem to dig in everywhere. Easy to mount to nearly any wheel too...fell right on these old Integy wheels. https://i.postimg.cc/g0sr0QgG/20181222-135133sm.jpg Remember the Rock Carvers? Losi tires officially licensed by Pitbull? Still rocking those too, and a pretty good tire even for its age. Has a bead almost like a Proline tire, and as such had some issues mounting on certain wheels. These old Proline wheels are a perfect match. https://farm5.staticflickr.com/4480/...29b15587_b.jpg These tires were the biggest surprise for me...I expect the Rock Beasts, XOR's, etc to dig in with their open tread and large lugs, but thought I'd struggle with the more scale tread of the PBX. However, I was wrong. Even when caked up a bit I had excellent traction pretty much everywhere. Great little tires! Easily mounted up as well, though is much happier on a more narrow wheel. https://farm2.staticflickr.com/1852/...c367fffa_b.jpg |
Re: NEW PRODUCT RELEASE - 1.9 Raceline Aluminum Beadlocks Pit-Bull Mad Beast, Rock Beast, Growler, PBX and 2.2 XOR. I recommend them all. That's all I can say, really. Nice thing with 2.2 XOR in winter is that you can surfe on top of loose snow with sufficient wheelspeed - a fun change from the rock crawling ;-)https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...78da94e7ab.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...8dcf770b80.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...85f2b25db4.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...5c85e5b25f.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...0fa98bc034.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...64a65dde95.jpg Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk |
