Very true, the Axial wasn't great.

This is awesome! It has some great features. Now it only has to overcome Axial's dominance and gigantic aftermarket support. Hopefully this one gets just as much attention and support because it's looks to have potential!

I'm surprized and impressed. It looks to be the most capable out of the box rig I've seen.

X2!

Some thinking went into this one, low cg (compared to...), great steering radius, bent links, awesome wheel idea with the weights and remote locking diff option

Nice job Venom

VERY NICE...Really love the triangulation. The bent links also look very impressive. It took me a while to get to this "crawler" part of the R/C hobby, but now sure seems like a great time to involved...

1:1 competitive crawlers know the advantages of being able to unlock the diffs. Being able to 3 wheel the rig, being able to skid steer the rig, and things like that once figured out on an rc will be a huge advantage.

Now we need radios without sticks with more channels.

No doubt.. not like the 1:1 comp guys ever use their rear ARB's to help getting around a corner when they don't want to use their "dig"

I just want to know when Venom will get their own forum on RCC? Didn't Losi get one before the thing was released?

Nope, once they are released then it'll get a forum, we've done it the same for all the new stuff.

I love it. Some really nice innovations, it looks good, and the double triangulated 4 link is good. A few upgrades, like everything else, and it'll be sweet. Best out of the box rig I think except maybe the Kyosho, if we ever see it..

I like, and the asking price isn't bad! I hope Kyosho price theirs right, otherwise, their innovative Rock Force will be the less popular of the lot.

I want one of those bodies! And the tires look interesting as well.

Does anyone know if that body is available now?

I didn't see it on their site but if I have to wait until Jan 09 I guess I will have to.

i love the 1:1 ideas hitting the RC world. those locking diffs will be a nice option, like Jason said with the 1:1 rigs. hmmm... and i thought the DX3R was going to be my last radio, i guess i have to suck it up and get use to my stick radio.

also, i like how they included the cvd axle shafts and driveshafts in the package especially for the price. can't wait to see one. did i miss the release date?
