I'm diggin those selectable lockers! A+

How would you do cutting brakes on this? By my count that's at least 6 channels. 7 if you want dig.

(note: channel numbers only for example)

ch1= steering
ch2 = throttle
ch3 = front locker
ch4 = rear locker
ch5 = front brakes
ch6 = rear brakes
ch7 = dig (3 position)

That's a lot of servos for a 2.2.....any thoughts?

Wow...this truck is just awesome looking! I want one. Do you have any pics of the red in a natural light/natural background setting?

Default Howdy Chris and Alex...

Glad to see the Venom guys here in advance to support their products. Are you guys going to help promote some crawling events here in the Coeur d'Alene area? I know maybe that should be up to local clubs and hobby shops to organize, but I have been trying hard to get some organized interest going here localy and having Venom on board would be awesome. I would like to talk more with you guys and maybe Paul D. at In-Control-Hobbies too.

Now I dunno whether to upgrade my AX10, or save the dosh for one of these. I need those diffs! :-P

Some questions for Chris or Alex -
What is the ground clearance under the pumpkins?
What material is used for the chassis vertical plates?
Are the wheel weights included in the kit?
What is the gear ratio of the diff ring & pinion gears?

Thanks guys. And well done Venom, looks good to me.

Some pinion brakes... or one pinion brake would work awsome... . Hmmmm I have some hydraulic parts laying around... time to start designing.

Some time in the shower and it's amazing what you come up with... I just figured out how to make hydraulic cutting brakes for the rear... I need to get to work on this.

Does Venom have any plans in the future for a super? Or how about some 40 series tires and wheels built around the same beadlox design? That would make a lot of people happy.

Can you clarify the gearing range? It says 66:1 to 25:1, does that mean just pinion-spur gear options or 2 spds? 2spds would be Fanfrickintastic.

oh yeah! this is what i'm getting. actually guyz the timing is perfect. when this thing comes out it wll be tax return time! i was thinking traxxas summit then axial scale chassis but, this is the one. thinking i'm gonna have to swing the red way. green is so axial. i don't want people to assume it's an axial by just glancing at it. yeah i know axial has a red conversion kit but, not much people have it i assume. i do have to say that the green does look damn good though. great job venom.

you could also strip the anidizing off and leave it with only metal showing or paint it whichever color youd like
