Default My Creeper

I finally got my creeper running. I have a Novak 45t with Rooster, dig, ckrc stage two kit, hb rovers white dot, FLM lockers, HR aluminum lockouts, steering knuckles and C hubs and a 2100mah 2s lipo. It does pretty good, now to learn to drive it proper.

Here's mine:

Spektrum DX3E (I'm cheap. Had planned on using my ancient Futaba Magnum Sport, but couldn't find the receiver)
Futaba S3305 steering servo
Novak Rooster Crawler
Novak Terra Claw
Xtreme Racing digital camo frame plates, servo mount, and ESC mount
Can't really take a pic of it, but the body is painted Mystic Teal, so it changes from green to purple. A bit loud, but it works for me

Coming soon are remote locker kits for both ends, controlled by Hitec HS-5055 digital servos programmed a somewhat strange way so that both lockers can be controlled by a single 3 position channel. Click up once to lock the front, again to lock the rear, down once to unlock the rear, again to unlock the front. If I can get my broken self (I'm a cripple) into the Jeep (it's... tall) tomorrow I'm gonna go fetch some Flat Irons, metal shocks, Traxxas driveshafts, and new body scissors so I can finish trimming the thing, and I'm about to order the stuff for rear steering.

Hmm, good idea, thanks. I think I have room for some HS-5055s on the servo mounts. I'll have to play with that a bit and see what will fit where.

Look at you with the fancy avatar. Way to go with the development. I'll have my LCC at the next comp for you to get measurements.
