Hey guys I just bought some panthers for my creeper (LHS didn't have rovers) and I mounted them up on my creeper wheels, but they keep falling of the beed. Am I doing somthing wrong or is there a trick or can you only run the venom tires on the creepers wheels?

They should work, Explain how you mounted them... You should have made sure the tire was tucked in to the slot in the wheel then tighten the screws at "12" and '6" then "3" and "9" then fill in the others, make sure you tighten them snug. if it dont work......time for new beadlocks!

NO NO NO NO silly, venom creeper rims are for a special type of bead, man come on, can you not see the difference in the beed on the tires go down and look at the bead man, it dont even look the same,, i dont even thing venom has any different tires for that rim yet, but no they wont hold, just need to get a new set of rims, should be able to get set for around 30 bucks for 4 if you price around

I have seen plenty of creeper wheels with different tires, so I know it can be done. I just thought you guys were maybe glueing them on which would be a waste of the beadlock. Thanks for the input from the guys that have the creeper.

Also are the panthers good or should I have waited for the rovers? I toke the memory foam out of the panhers and put a harder black foam in them because thats what the guy from the LHS said would work best. And yes I am a newbie at the crawling world.

HAHA Its all in fun man! Just busting your balls a bit.... We know they "are not" susposed to fit but they do, It just squishes the bead in there...who cares if it "fits" if it dont slip it works.

1/4 elliptic thanks for the info;). I put them on how you said and have been crawling on my course here at the house for about an hour and no slip and no pulling off the rim. Panthers are alot better then the stock, but it sounds like I should have waited for the rovers

Well... I just finished up what I can before I contact customer support so I can finish my creeper build... anyway back on topic. I ordered the rovers along with the creeper... they WILL fit creeper beadlox's... more of a pain in the ass than its worth installing them if ya ask me...after i did one I said F it and just mounted the stockers for now... I'll get some after market rims for the rovers... I planed that anyway so no biggie to me

The Rovers are a good tire, but don't sell the Panther short. As for the mounting issue, I mounted Panthers on my Creeper wheels w/o issue and they hold the bead just fine. | |

I'm guiding one now and noticed the bead is definitely different. I'm sore some tires will fit and hold even if the rim technically isn't made for them.

yea... just leave them alone or get some new rims... the rims are one off style. so different rims are going to be a challenge..... i think alum weights make the suspension a little better, more weight.
