Ok my parts came in today! Got the shocks together I only had 40w shock oil so it will do for now. The Rovers went on with no problems. The Venom lockers gave me alittle trouble. The rear fit tight. The front diff case was worn just enough for the locker to slip so i cut a piece of a aluminum can to fit. Now there is no way it will slip. I have a few pics here of the current setup please give my input if you see something out of place. Next on the list is BEC and BTA. |

lol I have been looking at your site this week. I hope to place an order in the next month or two. I have to let me creeper fund build back up. But the tires have made a huge difference. It had trouble going over areas where it had trouble with the old tires. I can already tell im gonna have to do a servo upgrade soon as well.

I hear ya bro...Ive got a ton of designs ready for a machinist but have to wait a bit to get them cut. 3 new chassis', a scale engine, new trusses and links. Its all money and timing.

Ok so my creeper has been neglected since I got my Summit last year. It has been sitting on its shelf. Mainly because the servo had become too weak with the new rovers and wheel weights but I recently picked up a new servo. I took the creeper out this morning to try out the servo at a new crawl spot I found and I'm just not quite satisfied with the trucks overall performance. I have also recently found to some guys who are just getting into crawling. They are running wheely king crawlers, night crawlers, and ax-10's. Now I want to deck this creeper out with the best setup possible. So when I go to compete with these guys I leave them wishing they had a creeper. Now im running a novak rooster/55t motor and my current servo Im fine with them. I have HB white rovers, losi shocks, traxxas shafts/steel yokes, HR rear lockouts. Help me make a list of everything I need to make "Bettie" (my creeper) a bombshell! Here are a few pics of today's run. |

A chassis.... Main thing is adjustments an there aren't any with the stock chassis.. that an wheel time, setup an weight.. maybe email Rmdw bout a chassis.. or maybe a team driver has one an will chime in.. I crawled an crawled my creeper an It's bout to get brought out of retirement as well.. she beats lnc, ax, an some moa's.. I got laughed at at my last comp I ran her in 2.2pro.. no laughing after the first course was over.. Pics of links at the axles, body off pics, etc can help get you more help.. |
