Gotta do a little looking around for stuff bro. It easily states what it is on his product page.
But...
It's a prewired connector from your bec to servo to the rx. It brings power abd negative only directly from the bec to servo and then brings only the signal wire from the servo to the rx. Makes it so connections are easy and that you don't have to cut, solder or tamper with the servo or bec connectors. I have one on order myself.

Are you serious? Did you REALLY just ask that? Wow. Here. Let me spoon feed you baby bird, again... Right off the RMDW site...

Paradox BEC Jacks....these little plug and play units keep you from cutting wires or modifying your servo plug or BEC plug...just plug your steering servo in one jack...the BEC in the other jack then plug the single wire plug into your Rx....DONE! Hitec servo users should have a BEC Jack with a Negative Wire to the RX...some glitching has occurred with Hitec servos not having a negative wire between the servo and the RX...So please choose from the list below. $8.00 each or $12.00 for 2 with or without negative wire.

Hmmm... do you want one? or two? Hitec servo? get the one with the negative...

So ran the truck today, rebuilt my course. I have a steep steep hill climb with a piece of flat, smooth stone in the middle of the course. Really steep. Then i lifted some heavy stones into my good ole wagon and walked them home. So much weight i popped the tires. Oh well. But made the course better. Im happy with it. Im soon to be making some course markers from old mason jar tops. I just need to search how wide the gates have to be and set up a good course. Hopefully i can have my full 20 by 6 foot space filled with stone and logs for a lot of different ways to crawl through.

The truck ran very well. Very pleased with the esc change. Has lots of wheel speed and good braking. Very happy with that. No problems with drive lines except i broke one of my outputs, no big deal. Going to get a bec, output and some other stuff soon. Busy weekend so i couldnt do much. But i love this crawler. Ckrc parts should be in soon. Then another test with the new ROVERS! Cant wait to see what i can do with those.

I have a bag full of tennis balls, cut in half that my boys and I use as gates. I believe the width is 16" for comp gates. Check the rules section in the competition forum.

Soda cans 16 in apart will work, it's up to you what you use. We use smaller markers because we may hover over a gate or hit a gate. Chalk is used under it to mark where it was for the next guy after it gets hit. A wooden dowel cut to the correct length is used as the measuring standard between the gates.
