You don't cut the front lowers. But need to lengthen the front upper.

You can use the 2 short links that held your rear hubs in place (if you have the HR lockouts) and add them to the front uppers.That way you can put a bend in em to clear the shocks.

Dont cut the fronts...only the rear lowers get cut...1 1/8" off the long straightened end.

hey thomas look at my pic my front upper links wont bolt up to short ....or am i not seeing something???thanks

yea i kinda thought something was wrong...im short on uppers so i guess i have to make them longer....thanks im trying to get this together but no way the stock front uppers will work...

Replied..youre welcome!

I actually run stock lowers as uppers on my rig...in the lowest position on the chassis.

ok cool i took 28s advice and i think they are going to work awsome...maybe later ill change to stock lowers to uppers...but thanks guys this thing is awsome!!!!!!

okay i got it somewhat together.rear links lower are shortened 1 1\8 .upper rears are stock but ends are changed to one straight one end drop..all four traxxas shock ends on bottom are changed to angled 12. and smaller cups on them.front upper links have a short link added to them from stock rear end from where i used hr lockers on.now ill be on the steering next .ill get a pic tommorrow shower time....

well built my driveshafts.used two traxxas male ends cut to fit then put female in between with spring to hold it looks great...got front ready waiting on alum. servo arm to finish it.working on getting electronics in the chassis tite fit so we'll see.....

thanks man!!!i love it.i almost got it matter of fact lots of tweakin to do on steering i got a couple of pics....i'm waiting on servo arm...

well i built a plate out of thin alum. for my rooster crawler esc.bolts up to trans in rear and bent up so its over rear links.i test run it with a battery stuck on till i get lipo setup for now so here it is...i'm waiting on servo arm then i can set up steering better...

just ordered a 7950th hitec servo and ccbec set up from rmdw so i cant wait to finish my creeper thats all i like except adjustments!!!!!great this thing is awsome......"thumbsu p"

the pass side shock is compressed..the rig is leaning

hate to say boss, but it doesn't look like its doing anything. looks like somethings off with the triangulation of the front end to me
