It will be interesting. I look forward to seeing the progression pics as I don't think a tube bouncer has been based off a venom creeper yet.

well I started on the sb and well the people that build those buggies make it look to easy so I completely changed my mind and built something completely custom. I came up with the idea me and my grandpa bent the rod and my grandpa welded it for me. I love it and that is all that matters. Now I have another project, but that will be later. My sb will be running axial axles and trans so Ik it probably shouldn't be here but im just gonna keep all 3 of my trucks in one place. Here it is.

Now for the new project. It is gonna be a creeper based pulling rig with a 79 ford supercab body with bed shortened, but don't know on a motor. with a 17t brushed motor limit.
Here is what im going for

there ya go

Got the pulling truck done and found out my new tires and rims don't fit on the creeper axles so under went the axials so now my puller runs Creeper transmission with axial ax10 axles and my rock bouncer runs axial transmission with creeper axles

and then I was looking online and found this bad @55 King Sling truck

thanks for looking

Well I'm down two esc's. I had an axial ae1 and it lost reverse and a tazer 15t and it won't even power on anymore. Wow this sucks!

I finally freshened up my Venom Truggy and I think it is looking pretty good layed down some black paint on the chassis itself. Also got my half venom half axial pulling truck almost finished but it is painted and atleast a roller just waiting on the brushless combo to finally be in my budget.

Also found some Recon G6 pics of my rig. I went to the Recon G6 in Bloomsdale, MO for the Rock Beast Blues Recon G6. Didn't compete but did the trail and it was awesome but my venom gave up at about gate 50 out of 160. The front diff housing where the red locking ring goes into the housing made oval holes so it wasn't holding and I kept getting an unlocked front. Then my axial ae1 esc lost reverse so that ended my day but I had the greatest time and cant wait till next year.

Thanks for looking. I still think I would take a venom creeper anyday it is a good performing rig.

Cool Re: Venom Beast and Venom Scaler Project

The diffs messing up on ya is the reason i don't use venoms anymore. And leaving the venom tranny in the other rig is asking for trouble. It's arguably the most problematic part of any venom crawler/scaler. With diffs being tweeky a close 2nd. I started with creepers, & still have a soft spot for them. But, i don't miss their hassles one bit! Come to the dark side(axial) my son.......your nearly there anyway.

I run FLM spools in my Creeper axles, however JB Welding your spider gears would have solved your issue as well.
