The truck looks good. It does look like it has more flex than your TLT setup. Nice Video. Rick- |

Thanks Norm. Quote:
It does have just a little more flex then my TLT in the vid. I stood the shocks up a little since then and it's about the same now, at 6" max.

Very nice Brad. Like the way it works over all of the terrain you throw at it. The CG is very respectable i gather. Do you like the placement of the shocks and lower links in relation to the axle versus a TLT, or are they about the same? Curious to try something out...

The link/shock set-up is similar to my TLT. But, my TLT links would bind at the end of the suspension travel. This build is smooth all the way through the travel.

Very nice, I could still tell your working things out. I caught a few moments of video where you still didn't have the "feel" of the new truck down yet. I'm sure you know what I'm talking about, the weight, rollover resistance, balance when flexing, it's all different when you swap things around. Causing you to take lines without a firm realisation of how the truck will react. Looks like it's performing great though. I'm considering doing the swap myself. |

Foams were wrong, shocks were too stiff, belly clearance was too low, not enough weight in the rear, etc... I've changed a few things since the last time I drove it, should be a lot better now.
