Cool vid. That rockpile looks like crawling on the surface of Mars!!!

Cool to hear "Tha Scorpyans" (how they pronounce it) playing while watching a Scorpion run...

Good Video bud. Take some advice and spend the extra $17-$20 bucks on a intagy 45T-55T lath motor. you want be sorry because the stock 27T want last very long on rock piles like that. You are hooked now I'm sure and the investment in the intagy will take your crawl'en to another level. Did you install the other locker or are you still running the bevel gears. Install the locker its easy. Take it from me the rocks you were on are harder than they look, lots of lil holes to get hung up in. You Done good youg Skywalker. Now listen to the Force and go get that Motor. LOL

I believe he actually has a 55T motor and the front diff locked as well as a couple other mods. But all good suggestions

Tiny Tim was actually Phillis Diller's stage name that she used after dropping acid

We were crawling at an angle of 60 degrees the leaves in between the rock caused us to slip a lot.The front diff has been locked with the provided locker, the pinion has been changed to the provided 14t. I also star cut the foams, added 3 1/2 oz of weight to each front wheel and 1 oz to each back wheels. The rims have 2small holes driled in them to let air flow. I removed the servo saver and put a solid arm in. The servo is ok but I will be changing it soon. The motor was changed for a Axion 55t that I had already, the stock would work good also. The battery was still in the stock spot up high, I am waiting on my saddle packs to mount the batteries on the front axle. Trimmed the body a bit. I won't be changing the plastic links until they really start to flex or break.
Its a really fun truck, GET THIS TRUCK YOU WILL LOVE IT FOR THE MONEY!!

I was going to lay it on you easy with a coupl suggestions. Thinking you were new to crawlers with the RTR. My mistake. but heck you oviously know as much as me so ignore what i said. Make that thing a comp rig and lets see it. truck looks like it works well. we crawl rock piles like that all the time here in the flat lands so I know how hard it is. I was telling a fella at the HS today about your truck and how it was working. He was looking at getting the RTR himself after seeing ours. By the way how do you like the Axion 55T.

Not bad of a vid you got going. I like how you incorperated the still photos to coincied to the video. I did feel as if I was like King Kong looking down on the truck. You may want to film your truck near or at level. It may help in adding realism and depth.
Great driving though. I would avoid holding comps. on this type of terrain. Its considered to be a Carnage magnet. too many complaints.
It did not look like you broke anything.......nice work.
