Nice work, crawls well with the 3link and Hammers

Any weight in the tires in the vid, or just the batts on the front axle?

I'm suprised, that did really well! I have a feeling this is going to be the kit to get. What were your impressions?

Thanks. Yeah, I'm pretty much the video guy for them now too. Which is fine with me, I enjoy doing them.

I did add weight to the wheels. I put about 7 ounces in each front wheel, and about 1/2 that in each rear wheel. Other then that I drilled breather holes in the wheels, sipe the tires a little and swapped to the 2/3A split packs on the front axle, or a 2 cell lipo on the upper links. The rest is bone stock.

I believe street price is just over $250.

I figured this rig would work pretty good with just a few minor mods, and it does. But, even I was suprised at the lines I was able to pull of.

The shocks are 100% stock on this rig and in the video. That is also the springs that come stock as well. We added a little stiffer spring to the left rear to fight torque twist and the other 3 springs are really soft right out of the box.

Great performance for such a low budget rig. Dude you really brought Axial some inspiration. Now all that remains is to take this rig to a competition. Bender skills + effective rig = top 5 at least!
