I'm up at Lloydminster. The course we built is at our club race track, but we are in the process of relocating to a better facility so we'll have to build a new crawler course again.

| Motor and ESC are "pre-goat" Novak 18.5 brushless crawler SS with sintered rotor, battery is a small Apogee 2s 2200 mah lipo in the stock location Chassis is still stock as well as all the mounting points, the lower links are flipped and I'm not using the rear skid. Tires are proline chisels with 10 oz front and 5 oz rear with double stuffed memory foams. I think the shocks were 30 wt still with internal springs and PTI Goliath front springs and Wheely King rear springs. Not much has changed since then. I think I have 35 wt front and 50 wt rear now. Depending on the terrain I'll switch to stock front springs and I'm trying Axial stiffs in the rear, but I'm not liking that setup now that the weather is getting colder.

I love the paint! It looks like a pretty capable crawler, how do you like it?

I really don't have many mods done to the truck, the suspension is pretty much stock except for messing around with springs and oil. For the crawling we do around here it works very well and suits my driving style. I've always been one who doesn't follow the norm, so I didn't go with an axial, but I'm very happy with how my creeper works. | |
