SCX10 pulls golf cart

I was curious just how much power my new Novak 55T motor was, so I tried this. At the end I almost ran it over :ror:. (golf cart weighs roughly 625 pounds empty) Try not to murder me on this :lmao:

Nice..and hey, I bet that plant weighs around 3lbs and that empty cup another 2 oz!

slipangle 01-14-2011 05:07 PM

its gotta have some type of a slope, otherwise the brake wouldnt've had to be applied so hard. plus, at the beginning the rear tires are sitting in the groove that separates the driveway from the garage...

gottorque 01-14-2011 05:11 PM

woulda been cooler if there was no wheel spin:mrgreen:

A strap that doesn't bounce the truck back would give you more control.

The rear tires are in front of the groove and I woulda hit the brake like that too!!!!! Did you see how close it was to running that honcho over?

Dang MR NEGATIVE:flipoff:

Vadim 01-14-2011 07:12 PM

lol almost a crushed Honcho

arctichorse 01-14-2011 10:53 PM

For the most part there's no slope in his drive way it's almost completely level, it might be infinitesimally sloped because the garage foundation as with his house sits millimeters higher than the rest of the driveway. We live in Florida, a 3 foot hill is a big deal to us.

THANK YOU, did you hear me *sigh* right after i burried my foot to the floor on the brake???? haha, the tire actually was touching the JK body and popped out the passengerside taillight.

There is no slope, im guessing that this golfcart has AMAZING bearings or something because there is not alot of drag, just getting it up to speed takes a little effort as you can see in the video, but after it started moving it was easy to keep it moving.
