| Rock Crawling Isle of Man Here's a couple of vids from sunday with me and my buddy My Axial XR10 BJ3 previously owned by mxracer33x, and my buddy's LCC The rocks are very smooth in places and my rovers struggled so I cut the foams in half but this was a fail as the front's buckled too easily. Red boss claws may be my next purchase or Sedonas - any advice for cold smooth rock welcome The lead weight was a temporary measure whilst the knuckle weights arrived but were the wrong ones and didn't fit - I since sold them My buddies LCC - he has 3 and needs them all on a sunday! ...yes we have a LOT of gates, 72 of them and it can take up to 40 minutes to get round sometimes - we do the course one way then turn round and go back, then start again...I love it! He's just returned from Florida with a DLux MOA conversion, he's convinced it's not going to work very well but I can't wait to see the smile on his face when he first tries it - he's currently only using 2S and a brushless (not sure what) but he'll really need to go 3S to get some more wheel speed ...any advice on the tyre front? (cold smooth slate mainly) |

Those rocks look great, I bet a pin tire with a firm foam would be smoking, Boss Claw or the Khoas/Rover could do the trick, CI Double Deuce foams of course. Isle of Man, I love your TT man thats the most insane race ever. Great Flag to. |

You don't realise how rough the terrain is until you see the video at ground level Those rocks were fairly grippy in the middle of the summer but now it's colder and they don't dry out so fast, wet tyres are a nightmare...especially seaweed I get through about 5 packs and each lasts around 55 minutes This beats grip racing any day of the week |

Your new XR10 is looking good Kev I thought the marble rocks here were slick, compared to where you were driving your XR10 they're nothing Cheers Mark |

Sweet videos and I will say my losi has been extremely durable but I did all the spiffy mods to the truck.
