Re: Practice with "The Thing" haha for the first half of those videos i thought you were crawling on a flat patio! I was like WTF is hard about that?! Then i saw your rig tumble and realized that it was just the camera angle making it look flat! |
Re: Practice with "The Thing" lol yea. if you look at my build thread it has some pictures of the place on the 3rd page. that place looks super deceiving when getting recorded or photographed lol |

Re: Practice with "The Thing" Very nice my friend! Yeah, I saw your pictures first. Camera angles can make things look very deceptive."thumbsup" |

Re: Practice with "The Thing" great vids! That place is deceptively steep. But still my favorite place to comp. Looks like you are really getting your rig dialed in |
Re: Practice with "The Thing" thanks andrew. yea its getting pretty good. i still need to practice and get used to it more that comes in time. hope to see ya soon"thumbsup" |
Re: Practice with "The Thing" So did you like the sedonas or the claws better? |
Re: Practice with "The Thing" not sure lol. there are some places where i think you can see the sedona hooking better and other places the claws hooked better. if i go there ill probably run the claws simply cause it super steep and they are a little shorter so that extra bit of stability helps. |
Re: Practice with "The Thing" another reason i would run the claws is cause the only gate i hit was my mistake. nothing the tires did. the sedonas little bit of extra height made gate 7 extra technical. i had to be much more precise with tire placement than i did with the claws so |
