well i run 1.9 ripsaws, no wheel weights (green dingo) and really dont have any problems with traction. With that said, the rock out here varies... some of the place have insane traction. Lone Mtn for example has lots of traction, but the hill side is extremely steep, flips and rolls are very common. calico Basin has everything in my opinion. Some spots have lots of traction and other you really need to hit the line right. there is also a stream that runs @ calico(depending on the season) so that make things a bit more interesting, wet tires are a blast! I am pretty new to the crawl seen, but not to RC. i am not sure of all the tires that are being run, but i know i have seen Flat irons, boggers(not sure what type), and there are some pitbulls being used. ALL seem to do well. not sure if there is a clear favorite. sisterfunk |
