And if you want to see some sweet comp footage search for some of Nico's (the post above mine) vids. He's been to a lot of big comps and gotten some sweet footage.

thanks, yeah, i'm always by myself when i'm filming. i learned to one-hand throttle and steering pretty well so i could drink beer while crawling and i've filmed while crawling before which is hard, fun, and generates cool footage sometimes but is obviously not the preferred method.. my buddy filmed for me on the "super cool crawler course vid!". you should scope it, we're making a gyro for the gopro soon and talking about making cable (p-cord) mounted cam system that runs off a motor and esc so we get zip-line type movement. keep watching and i'll scope Nico's stuff for sure.

yeah, this has great production and is obviously more capable machines running at an awesome venue. What I meant by my comment was that when you see good comp rigs driving it's always a video of actual competition footage and it shows the drivers and standers-by. I'd like to see more videos of the same trucks at the same venues but with closer, more artistic filming of just the rig. Its hard to be out of the way of a gopro or other wide-angle lens, especially and see your line too!! great video, thanks for sharing, i'll look out for more!

thanks, i got a ton of new footage this weekend with lots of ride-along perspective, we hung the gopro off a stick and got some cool ass footage! oh, yeah, more jet boating footage to come too!
