me and my gf just video'd a bunch of our runs and I have to say, I haven't had a chance to look at any of them yet, but I guarantee your video is better. Great job. It is tough to video in the bright sun with these little digital deals. How did you see what you were video taping? I could barely see the screen to know?

Sorry for the late reply, but YES, it is a lot more difficult than one would think. Escpecially a competition, because I normally film trail sequences in which I have time to setup. I guess if I were to offer some tips here is what I would say.

1. Check for the brightness setting on your cam, many times they come with a default setting of lowest brightness to conserve battery.

2. Learn how to film without solely relying on the lcd display, this really just takes practice.

3. Do NOT overuse the zoom function. ;)

4. Keep perspective low to add to the immerse the viewer into the experience better.

5. Practice, practice, practice.
