Default Rope bridge

30 second clip of a rope bridge that I made for MWRCA comp courses. I just need to break it in all the way. The been driving my rig on it to settle it a bit. The bridge is really starting to sag I might have to add some extensions to it so its not so arched. Soya gave me the idea of making it adjustable that way it can be a normal bridge and a rope bridge by adjusting the tension. I put the 30 second video to tunes. That way you don't have to listen to a stripped servo or my low battery alarm beeping like crazy.

It depends alot on preference and the area in which you crawl and hold competitions in. In our case one of the areas we crawl at alot is divided by a small stream between rock masses that is too deep to cross. Even if there is a way around whatever you want to go over, the bridge can offer more lines and course variations if you can cross a hard to access or waterfilled area. I know at the last comp I attended we had a gate right before the bridge where you had to make a sharp corner and then go onto the bridge without falling into the water, makes everything that much more interesting.

Bridges free up far more lines and make the course for far more interesting. Bridges can make hills less steep, span gaps, and get you over water hazzards.

Why would you want to go OVER a water hazard? lol Cool vid. I like the idea of adjustable. Might have to try that with the course I'm going to build in the backyard.
