Not bad for your first try. I like the effects. Next time try to vary your terrain which I'm sure you will. This was probably just an excited to try it out video and you did it at home. The one negative about your video, IMO, is the toy car in the background. Next time try for an uncluttered or at least scale background. Good start though.

Lol...yea..after the excitment wore off i saw the car lol..

I have a place i wanted to go but i wanted to weed out any seeting issues and see how it looked. Im planning on more rocky terrain ,but thanks for the input

Any advice on a good maybe free ,editor? This was done with an app on my phone but id rather use my laptop

There are tons of free movie editors online. At this point I only have experience with Microsoft's free Windows Movie Maker. But tons are available.

If you want to get in deeper albeit with more complicated programs you can try any of these:
