Crawling, bashing, jumping RC
 

Hi!

Let me introduce myself quickly. My name is Markus, I come from Austria and do RC since April 2016. Now, after a year I have six rigs in my workshop (I have a feeling that more will come :ror: ).

The main reason for my post is, that I want to share some of my experience, fun and enthusiasm for RC cars with you.

I love that spot with the big sand vert wall, just watched the slash video with truggy tires pretty cool that thing performs well

You are right - that spot is golden.

​Found another great bashing spot and did a video today. It was a great time with friends and raw honest rc-ing. At the end there was a little "accident" :) I really thought I sh** my pants... :lmao:

I like how it looks like your ready and going to jump over it but then get wrecked anyway.

The slash really do perform well for bashing I have to say, my nephew has the E-maxx brushed version and its pretty fun too. Also a Traxxas Telluride truck but its too slow as it comes to really be fun for me (perfect for my 7yr. old nephew to start on though).

Hey serious question.. can I put my Vangaurd (castle) 3150kv brushless and sidewinder esc (the yeti RTR electronics) in that emaxx? Its got big tires, but it weighs about the same as a yeti really. What do you think?

If you like to see E-Maxx in Videos make sure to have a look at my channel from time to time, because another friend has one (brussless Mamba Monster). He is learning to drive (its his first RC) so don't expect too much carnage and insanity!

To your question: The E-Maxx is considered an 1/8 scale RC therefore I would not install a 1/10 scale electronic into it (it is to heavy and a bit bigger than the yeti). Find anything around 2000kv for the motor and a 6S capable ESC and you are ready to go.

Yes I got a similar reply to my electronics question in another thread as well so I'm getting the hint here..

I did NOT realize that people normally use 1/8th scale electronics in those things but then again seeing as the brushed version uses two of everything.. it does make sense. Glad I asked.
