Default Sw3

We had localized showers today, so I had to go to my alternate location, instead of my favorite rocks. Still had a good time crawling. This is my 9yr old daughter's new comp truck.

Looks like you've got it dialed in pretty good already.

Looks good! So how do you feel about the new SW3 compared to the SW2? Is it really a noticeable difference? I have really been thinking about retiring my old chassis and stepping up to a 3. The transmission accessibility is a major plus for the SW3.

Let me put it this way, her SW2 chassis is going in an airsealed display case, for viewing only. It is sitting at 3.5" of chassis clearance compared to 3" with her SW2, but the COG is lower with the SW3. I was able to keep the link geometry really close by adjusting a few things, and it works really good for us. It has no torquetwist whatsoever. I would recomend this chassis to anyone.
One thing I did change was moved the servo over and mounted the batt on the axle, that has helped as well.

Sounds like i should step up to a 3! I need to do something since my WK droop rig is beating up on my trusty old SW2.

Yes, I was running the pink set of foams, haven't put the reds in yet. I will put the reds in my mashers, after I unglue them from my rims, as my beadlocks won't hold the mashers bead. I predict they will be THE foam in mashers. In moabs, the jury is still out, but they worked very well. My favorite tire is mashers anyway, except on certain kind of rock.
