Default Beckworks Cobra

This was shot today at Pointes West.

Two courses from the last meet, Escalator and 75 degrees.

Each course was filmed with one continuous shot.

All eight links are ~4".

Dad made the upper link mounts from some U channel aluminum I had here. TLT parts would also work.

Servo mount is just a simple thing cut from aluminum...similiar to the ones in the free template thread in the WK forum.

It had better be stable...I made Dad put all the stuff I learned while modding the King Bling droop rig into this one.

If you compare the performance of this rig with the King Bling suspension test video on youtube you'll see that they're fairly close (but the KB rig is better now )

Not only stable, but it cycles smoothly. I like that. I'm ordering new shocks for my tuber to try and get that. So far that's my one complaint about my own tuber.

That Cobra looks great and seems to perform even better. Good job on that.

What's funny is that the video is 2:55 including the intro and ending.

The video wasn't sped up at all...he ran two courses in 2:25.

I was thinking to myself "Damn, he's haulin' ***" while trying to film him driving.

I've watched this video several times and I am still amazed at how easy it was to drive those two courses. Especially since I remember all the trouble the guys had in January on them at the Augusta Comp. I am very satisified with how this project has turned out. Thanks for your interest and enjoy!!!
