The only 2 things that aren't stock in the video are the tires and battery. The tires are the sticky version of the Rock Lizards, and we ran either a six cell 2/3a pack or lipo on the front links/axle. Everything else is bone stock, with no weight added anywhere.

Thanks for the compliments on the video guys. 8)

DUDE 08-05-2007 10:11 AM

way cool, that rigs does really good with no set up.

Bender, you seem to have a knack on helping me spend my money , now I have to get one for sure for a basher. "thumbsup"

I can't give up a SW chassis for competing, works to damn good. ;-)

dirk379 08-05-2007 11:37 AM

Ya bender the vid is sweet good job on it man. The rig looks pretty dang capable, you probably wont say. But are you planning on running the axles or anything from it in the future?

I'll be doing a build with the Axial tranny and axles at some point. ;-)

dieselfuel 08-05-2007 03:08 PM

easy there, i wasnt talking ****. for having nothing done to it, it did well. theyre a good starting point i guess. im really only interested in the axles and transmissions.

That's the point I was trying to make. I'm guessing the tranny and axles will be popping up on a lot of comp rigs in the future too. "thumbsup"

If you had Benders features you'd make any rig look good too.

Yeah i see it in my comp rigs as well in the future, the throw you get out of the axle is pretty good to, looks to be a killer turning radius for stock

With stats like that, you'd think there would be some breasts.

I see one other "mod" you didn't mention. ;-)

These things, out of the box, are capable of a placing respectably at any comp. Dean, (SoCal 2.2 champ and Axial sponsored driver) is going to attempt the first SoCal comp next weekend with a nearly stock one just to see what happens.

Can you say breakover.
