What is the course made of? Is it portable and is it heavy?

it is made out of Styrofoam plaster burlap and epoxy it's base is 8' x24' 1/2" plywood sheet on 1" sguare tube frame. it is not light but can be moved.

Sloppy could you please elaborate a little on construction of your course, we want to build something very similar for my friend's hobby shop for comps & fun. Thanks for any help!
