Default Private coarse near Lake Anna/ Fredericksburg

Calling all central virginia rock crawlers, we are new to the sport and have started construction of our private coarse at my home near Lake Anna/ Fredericksburg. We have only started the coarse a few weeks ago and it's coming along nicely, with more being added regularly. We would like to invite anyone interested in doing some crawling to come down on the weekend and try it out. It will be a BYOB event so come ready to stay and play! E-mail me if you would like directions and to see when we are hanging next. I attached a few pics of what we've done so far.

We added a section to the coarse. Its over 6 feet high and has some pretty sick lines, for a man made coarse of dirt, concrete and stones. We'll be on it this weekend if anyone wants to come out and give it a run.

Welcome to RCC and the crawling addiction. Looks like you have jumped in head first. Your course looks good. Do you have enough space to make three courses with around 8 gates per?

If you have not already done so, check out our local club - VARCOR at http://www.varcoffroaders.com/forum. We have many local guys on that site so join and post up.

Addiction is a great way to desribe it! I can't get this s__t out of my head.

I think I might have enough room now for three good coarses ( but what the hell do I know, I'm a newbie) I have never been to a comp so not sure what is needed for a "REAL" coarse. You are certainly welcome to come up and check it out, I'm around 1 hour from Richmond. It is really scaled well for the 2.2's, I don't think the super class guys would like it much.

I will go to VACOR and get signed up next, I am really interested in meeting other people to run with. We will have 3 trucks with us between me, my son, and brother in-law ( and I just started this maybe 2 months ago!)and would like to get some more people up here running on it with us.

Are there any upcoming comps, or events that I can attend in the area?

I look forward to running with you in the future

Yea, we still crawl on it. Mainly for testing and weekdays. I have been going to the comp spots on the weekend.

If you haven't allready, join VARCOR to meet the rest of the guys in our area and check out when and where we are doing get togethers. There is a spot in Fred we do comps that is pretty sweet! The link is posted above. Check it out, there is a good group of us doing comps and GTG's.

Hope to see you
