lol wow, even though its a 150 thats still quite a bit of rock. I still haven't stopped by to check it out. Anyone have plans to be down there this weekend? I wouldn't mind checking it out, doing some crawling and helping out if there is some work to be done.

Went and checked it out this morning. Looks pretty good! Will they allow us to build some artificially rock structures? Prolly be easier than trying to cart rocks and concrete over there

yeah the ford has defenitely toated it's share of a load or 2...lol. it is an '09 so it'll carry more than the older ones but even though it was loaded down past the max she pulled like it was nothing...lol. not saying the rear tires didn't hate me but hey, it all worked out in the end. as far as this weekend goes, I have duty so cant do anything with it, and as far as "fake" rocks, only issue is it'll be outside and may not last very long, not only that but we were trying to as much natural stuff as we can so it can changed up easily down the road. but i'm sure if someone wanted to do some "fake" stuff then that could be arranged as well. Thanks for comliments so far, none of us that have worked on it so far have ever done anything like this before so we're just "eyeballing" it I guess you could say...lol. we have some plans for a "bonus" gate that should be interesting to say the least |

My forearms felt like popeye's a couple weekends ago after moving rock all day! lol Alot of the rock needs to be stacked in an actual course. Once we get a sufficient amount of material, we should plan a day of designing/building. BTW- I have an XR that will be here Monday! It won't be dual esc like Larry #1s, but will suffice! |

I do agree, we have a good bit of stuff there right now, we just need to get together and finish putting it into a course, once what we have is set up we can continue adding to it and i'm sure re-doing what we have there.... Of course i'm sure we'll be changing it up quite a bit for a while until we get it where we want it.

yeah it's a good ways from comp ready for sure, I'm sure we'll get there though, hopefully sooner than later. I'll be glad to get back out there and start running again, just no time lately.
