Chassis builder in va beach?

Looking for a new project and have a ton of parts and tons of ideas but no know how lol. Typical right lol. Anyway wanted to build a desert truck from a 2wd slash. Solid axle rear and I have the truck, and a rc4wd roll cage that I can't sell so chop chop to work it in. Another option I have a 4x4 roller I can afford to toy with.

If someone has a bit of welding ability and would like to help out please let me know!
