Default Planning to open indoor

Hey guys, I'm planning to open a business here at Alexandria area 22303 for indoor rock crawling and drifting, trying to get more info before I start the planning?

Thanks

X2, an indoor crawling facility would be bada$$ if done correctly.

Idea like How popular is the crawling here in northern or more in south va. Maybe most crawlers they like outdoors, I know it's a risk having business at the beginning but I just want to have some Idea if the outdoor is good,

There are more crawlers in the Northern VA and Maryland area than there are farther south, but those of us farther south would travel to Northern VA for a quality place to crawl.

I would travel to Alex town to crawl if the course is good. I Prefer natural formations over man made courses. Also do you plan on having a full hobb shop.

Not full, but I will have some parts just in case of breakdowns. I will let the crawlers decide for the course

Do you plan on leasing a building if so you might want to relook into a full hobby shop. IMO crawlers and drifters are a niche in the rc market as compared to a full service hobby shop. If you decide to do it I will gladly help with course setup and design.

I really wish we had something like this in Lynchburg, Va. The closest hobby store is an hour drive to Roanoke
