| Crawlers in Virginia?
If anyone in VA is interested in a GTG I am in Suffolk, which is not too far from Va Beach, Norfolk, Hampton, Richmond, Emporia of Franklin. I have not been able to find anyone around me yet, but I hope this will help to narrow down the search. Don't have a club, or even a name yet as it's just me! If you get in now you'll have that much more say, and you can shape the direction the club goes. PM or email me if you are interested.

Let's set a date for Pony Pasture. It will take me 2 hours to get there but shoulld be worth the drive. Just give me a time frame as to when. Need a week to two to get the time off work if on the weekend (I assume it will be Sat or Sun). Hope to get this going!!! Need ideas for my 1st real r/c. Nylints are ok but still not good enough. Afraid to break it, without replacement parts. How does the weekend of Oct 15-17 sound. I will prob stay in a hotel one night just to get more time on the rocks. Time is set lets go VA!!!!!! |

Hey, I know I'm not from virginia, but I'd be willing to ride a few hours to do some crawling. If you could guesstimate a distance from Raleigh N.C., and point me in a general direction, I'd be willing to run with ya. Might even be able to round up a few more to come along. If nothing else, post up a street addy and I'll mapquest. I drive 3 hours west to crawl now, I'd be willing to go that far north.

| Southwest VA anybody?
I'm in southwest VA, Pulaski County to be exact, just outside Dublin. Hey Clodstall, I think I might know you. Did you ever race at the old A-1 Flea Market in Christiansburg? If it's not to much to ask, would you tell me your name? (here or email) I knew someone who worked at Tetra years ago and I'm curious if your that person. LMK Thanks! I have just built a TLT trail truck and a 2nd for a buddy of mine. We often run various R/C's with a few guys out of Roanoke, and a couple other areas. Always looking for other R/C people in this area to run with so if anyones close give a shout. Thanks! |
