Searching for RC friends in Chesterfield and VA.

Hey there. I am seeking friends that are into surface rc to hangout with. Preferably someone who already owns a surface rc vehicle. I have been constructing an off road track for sometime now (nearly 2 years) its getting pretty huge actually. I have recently began to add crawler features...But i have lost inspiration to build because i have no one to drive on it with...i live in Chester near the Walmart off of Rt. 10(Ironbridge). I own a Traxxas Mini Erevo, and an Axial Wraith. So my track is fairly suitable for most vehicles...i like to build and drive mostly on the weekend, and some weekday mornings and afternoons.(dont drive at night...) just send me a pm or post on this thread if your interested...

Belle isle in Richmond is our most popular spot.

I'm live just around the corner from you from what it sounds like. I'm behind Ecoff Elementary school, I have a friend that lives here in Chester too and all we do is run the power lines near his house off of chester road. Looks like you have a much better course.

Re: Searching for RC friends in Chesterfield and VA.

Oh yeah i know where ecoff is. I used to run my mini erevo on the tennis courts in the park next to the school. And the disk golf field has great open room to run offroad nitros. Not much fun for a crawler though. I would love for you and your friend to come check out my track sometime. I will be sending you a PM and we can set up a day and time!

Im considering building my next project for my course out of concrete. I want to know all of your opinion. Which would be better: a solid platform(similar to something you would see indoors), or several large loose rocks...

This forum has everything you could ever need to know about crawling on it.

I have on road cars, short course and monster trucks in addition to many crawlers.
