Are White Dot Rovers considered "Comp Tires" if they are not modified?

My son wants me to run his AX10 and that's what's on it.

Not sure I can swing the travel expense...it's a long ways from where I'm at...but I would like to see how this stuff works.

Rovers are comp tires and an Ax-10 is a comp rig.

You can use 607 W 34th St Richmond VA 23225 Then walk into the woods down the hill until you see the rocks.

Just looked it up and helped alot. By the way, if you see or hear a blue '90 vw bus, that'll be me :-) would take the yellow '76 bus by she's older and much much too slow for that long a drive :-) hence the name I gave myself lol

It's a Scorpion with limited suspension travel wearing a gigantic Parma 56 Fastlane shell...about as far from being a comp crawler as it gets...but hey...if it's a comp rig I'm okay with that

The scorpion was sold as the original comp crawler kit back in the day. It's twin vertical plate chassis design make it a comp rig vs the scx with its rail chassis design geared more towards scale.

No need for the attitude, your welcome to bring it and join in the fun.

The Ridgecrest is an update of the Scorpion but is quite different. Not trying to exclude anyone but the no comp chassis or comp tires rules are to keep dominant comp rigs out, a comp rig and comp tires out perform the scalers that the trail class is built around.

Full national level trail class rules can be found here, we just don't get that picky locally.

We run comp for comp crawlers once a month as well, we try to provide a time and place for all types of crawlers to compete.
