| Devils lake May 25th (Canceled)
Next Sunday, who is coming? What are you bringing that way I can shape my day around it and I know what to bring. So far the plan is. 11:00 show up 11:10 head to comp area for a short comp if desired. Rest of the day crawl the rocks. Backpacks are Highly recommended, rocks are often found along the rough hiking trails so be prepared to walk a ways from the car. Last edited by Mnster; 05-21-2008 at 11:03 PM. |

I've never been in a comp, but I'm going to try to be there. What lot would we meet in?

I ain't going, guess my new tuber will have to wait. As far as wheel chair accessable, I'd have to say about 10% of the areas are, more if you don't mind graveled walking paths. The bluffs are out of the question. www.devilslakewisconsin.com |

| Meet at the area where you buy your Parking pass. We usually make it sort of obvious crawler on the roof ect. If Soya is coming his huge twin force will be strapped to the roof for the highway trip up. I'm bringing supers, 2.2's, scalers, plus whatever. Like I say we won't touch to much on the comp stuff, this event is more for fun with crawlers then anything else. Test the limits, have a little drive in the woods. More then likely after the comp we will hang on the teal area of the map. Less hiker traffic and sheer drops, also more 2.2 worthy. Tips: Backpacks. Eat a early lunch (we like baraboo taco bell) Keep hydrated. Bring Good shoes Have fun Last edited by Mnster; 05-18-2008 at 01:49 AM. |

Yeah I'm going to cancel it. Looking at the calendar it's my sisters graduation party. Zach is having the Accord serviced that day in town (Timing Belt) so he is out. Devils lake is going to be PACKED with people over memorial day weekend. I remember going 2 years ago at this time it was nuts. I'd rather hold it at a time when people are showing greater interest in the event. Last edited by Mnster; 05-22-2008 at 04:07 AM. |

Sounds fine. I was planning on going, but was still on the fence, depending on getting the 2nd crawler read.y
