Rats! I am going to the Dells w/family this weekend. I'd love to hit Devil's Lake but don't know where to go. I'll probably try to get over there on Friday afternoon.

16th is an outside chance. Is it better for Comp rigs or Scalers?

It would be cool. Greg said a lot of new areas have opened up. The flood washed the turf and loose dirt downhill reveiling new rocks and lines. Going to be fighting the leafs this time of year. I might try to make it.

Devils lake is definitly a place for comp rigs. It's still in my opinion the best place in Wisconsin.

So, would we do a comp on the 16th? What time are you thinking?

I'll be there tomorrow for a couple of hours to reconnoiter.

Just gotta fix my steering servo that I blew up driving off the end of the course after a crappy run!

I'm interested. Never been to Devil's Lake before, so I'd like to get up there.

OK, after being there today I will be there, weather permitting, on the 16th. Really great!

Haha...I'm an idiot.

I'm going to try to make it. Just have to clear it with the boss. ;)

I'll be driving from Racine, so if anyone between here and there wants a ride, let me know.

I should probably might be able to make it.
The area near the first parking lot got has really changed and is great for 2.2. The rain runoff cut a "wash" along the walking trail exposing new lines.
Only thing I have running is my 2.2 tuber and might be able to get my BMII 2.2 together.

The forecast right now is for cold, but dry weather. Hope some of you are still planning on being there.

I'd love to meet up with you guys and run a few packs, but it's a little late in the season for this boy. It's a fair distance to go for one day, but in warmer weather I'd camp out and make the most of it . Hopefully there will be more GTG's in the spring/early summer, I'm soooo there! Maybe we could also set something up for High Cliff, not a bad place to run, either.

Keep me posted.

T.D.
