| Mini Speedway Indoor Crawling Season 1 Event 2
1.9 Comp Crawling 11-05-08 Slick, Gozer and I ran our second indoor comp for the 1.9 rigs. Pretty weird running indoors with 70-degree temps outside but, hey, this is November it is supposed to be COLD. Oh, wait, it will be, tomorrow! The courses were pretty cool. Both could have been cleaned even though the scores may not prove it. Where one guy struggled another picked a wrong line and a third made it look easy. Fast forward to the next gate and the roles were reversed. These courses are tight and somewhat unforgiving. Doesn't help having a servo that was crying through the whole second run. Thanks, Tony, for the replacement. I heard this at the event. "Hmmm, maybe new tires are needed." Did some Mini-Z driving after the event as well. The LM chassis are hooking up well with the new skins! Here are the results: 59 Schmenzer 84 Gozer 101 Slick Season points look like this after 2 events. 18 Schmenzer 12 Gozer 12 Slick 10 OICu812 |

Goz, Given the snow and the fact that some guys have a ways to travel, let's do it on Sunday at 11AM. Greg |
