Default spot

I have already found a really cool spot on the wisconsin river in stevens point just below the damn at the paper mill on the west side there is a huge rock spot that's exposed and would be good for scalers or comp type rigs. I'm going to go check it out this weekend and I will let you know how it is. See ya soon and looking foward to the rock lounge.

It'll be my 1st actual comp, I'm so excited I may just wet myself .
I'll be tweaking and prepping my new crawler for the big day. Still waiting on my new batteries, but the extra Pull-ups are already packed .

It was a breezy day on the Bay, crawled some rocks.
I was glad I didn't were sandals, instead I wore shoes & socks.
Hit a few gates and scored some points.
I know I didn't get first, But I know I wasn't the worst.
all & all it was fun, even with the lack of sun.
I only offer 1 sugggestion: make next years comp before OCTOBER ONE!

BRRRRRRRRRR! Im still chilly!

You got mad rhymyin' skillz!

Yeah, it was a lil' nippley out, still had an awesome time. I think I did ok for my first time at a comp. My rig was somewhat untried, only took it out once before the big day. Lots to learn yet but I think I'm gonna like it. It's alot harder when you gotta aim for the gates and the clock is ticking ;).

Second Comp Complete, a little on the chilly side but no snow so all is good. Finishing order is as follows;

1st Stinkyy 14/1/13
2nd Kasper 10/16/14 dnf
3rd Traildog362 14/28 dnf /16
4th R/CMaxximus5.0 30/40 dnf /14
5th Super 25/40 dnf/21
6th T-Buck 15 dnf/36/20 dnf
7th Theslowguy 40 dnf/40dnf/4
8th Mom 22 dnf/ 40 dnf/40 dnf
9th Rock Monster 31 dnf/40 dnf /40dnf
10th John 36 dnf/40 dnf/ 40 dnf
11th Cheer leader 40 dnf/40 dnf/ 40 dnf
12th Matt 40 dnf/ 40 dnf/ 50 dns

I do not plan on listing overall standings due to the series being best 8 of 10. I really don't know how to list it if we do not all have the same number of comps completed. Any ideas let me know.

I think everyone learned something about their truck and driving style along with the style of others. What was great is no one totally gave up even when the run was going down the toilet. Super set the bar pretty high this time but remember your placement in this comp is you total score for today so if you were near the bottom a first place next time can move you way up in the standings. Just like a crappy day for super can move him way down, also remember this will be a best of 10 series so a couple low end finishes can be thrown out at the end.

I have attached a link to a photobucket slide show of todays event.

X3 on that difficulty thing, course #2 was a killer! Beginer's luck failed me on that one, and I used up the last of my "Driver in a Can" on #1

I was hoping to see some of those awesome shots from the comp, hint hint .
