Here is how the point system will work for the series

There will be 8 out of the 10 comps that are scored so if you make all 10 you are allowed to throw out your two highest scores. In the event of a tie the person with the most wins takes the overall top spot and the same for the rest of the positions going by seconds thirds fourth place finishes.

1st place 1 point
2nd place 2 points
3rd place 3 points
pointing down to 20th position 20 points

If anyone seems to bielieve this will not work now is the time to speak up starting on comp three the points will be scored at the placement will be awarded if you dont think its correct you need to speak up then we are thunkin that we will tell you your point score at the end of each run and then you can initial it and there will be no mis understanding of that said corse on that day and time.We will start calling out all back ups and roll overs and gates at that time you need to dis agree or it is what it is.

However you guys want to run the show is fine with me, I'm just in it for the fun. Calling out reverses and other penalties as they happen is helpful. If a question on a call pops up, that would be the time to stop the clock and clear up any disputes. Being a noob to this whole comp thing, I just need to learn the ins and outs of the game. I was as nervous as a virgin on prom night! .

2 cents added,

Troy.

I agree, We need to call out penalties and such. Just to make the scoring easier, and everyone else will know what's going on.

Two comments, 1. I didn't go to the prom with a virgin so I can't quite grasp that comment but I did grasp the prom date. And B. I think it will work best if we share the scoring, calling, course set up and any other duties assoicated with a comp amoung all interested parties.

Without knowing everyone's skill level and capabilities, it's hard to set up a course that's not too easy or too tough for everyone. But I'm willing to help in any way I can . I'm sure we can come up with a few courses at RG though, input from the more experienced comp'ers on course layouts would be a plus.

This is just a thought, we could run the scoring duties in a rotation. First you score then you keep time then you run. Draw numbers to see what the order is. The rest of the courses are run buy finish order. just an idea to through out there.

Jelly filled would be nice, or better yet, TRIPLE CHOCOLATE! It's the "crack" of bakery goods .
