Default October 17th-18th?

I just looked ahead to the weather for the upcoming weekend (17th-18th) and they're saying upper 40's and mid 50's on Sunday . Anyone up for a fun run somewhere? Anywhere? Let's get some chatter going!

Sunday might work for me. I'll talk to the wife and see what's going on. Rock Monsters truck is still "in the shop" so it would be just me. I could use the practice. ;)

I knew you'd be up for it . I was thinking maybe somewhere local, High Cliff or the Islands, unless there's somewhere else you'd like to go. What about the rest of you guys?

On a side note: I'm building a Latemodel dirt oval racer, TC3 with foams and an 8.5 brushless (dialed back of course). I think FVRCC should sponsor me! Who wants to do the paint?

Are you thunkin' about taking a run there? I bet if we ask Mr. Super real nice, he might scope out the area and give us an update. I could go for an island run, it's been a while.

Troy, You didn't specify a hoody, so you have a t-shirt on it's way. I ordered the following;

Super 1 sm, 1 lg, 1 xl / Dawg 1 xl / Jess 1 xxl / Josh 1 xxl / Kasper 2 med T's 1 med hoody / will have 1 xl and 1 xxl available too. T-shirts will be $18 each Hoody's are $33. The latest shipping info shows a 21 oct ship date.

I hope you got me a large T, not XL. I think I'm past the "you'll grow into it" stage. Put me down for a hoodie next time around, and thanks!

Ooops, looks like I ordered the wrong size for you. We will see how well this set is received and then I can figure out when the next order will go out.

I don't think we should write off 1000 Islands yet. I was out there yesterday and just got back from there now and the water has gone down about 8 inches in 24 hours. I'll check on it tomorrow again and see how much it went down and let you know. We should decide on an alternate place though.

The shirts have arrived!!! Now Kasper and I will by stylin at the I-hobby show. I will have them along on saturday if we find a place to crawl. 1000 islands is a nice close spot if it still looks good, chris and I work until noon. I have other projects for sunday so tomorrow is it for me...

Just came from "The Islands" and it's still a little wet but has gone down a lot more. We might be good for tomorrow. I'll keep you posted.

Sounds good to me, I don't think I'll be as eager to get my feet wet this time .
