Got my Junfac drive shafts today. I did not have to modify them at all, probably because I have my trans mounted backwards. On the trans side I could not use the set screws that go through the output shafts, the holes didn't line up. I put set screws on both sides, hopefully they stay put.

Anyone have any ideas on what light buckets would fit the front headlights on the jeep they're pretty big ik dinky has a grill that mounts behind the body with led clips as well as rear tail light pods. U guys think that'd work better?

Dinky RC makes good stuff, I'm sure their kit is top notch. Otherwise check the more experienced builder's threads and see what they did.

Not to many of them did lights yet Harley did use the dinky kit but said it was a pain in the ass yo install and u need to be pretty good with lexan. But if I could find some nice big round bucket for the front I could glue them in and be set the tail lights r gonna be something creative to get those to look rite

I have this urge to tear apart the wraith and throw the drive line and axles under my tuber. U guys think this would work?

I don't know alot about the Wraith, but I think the trans is a little different than the AX/SCX-10. If the gearbox will fit, then everything else should be easy.

Well after staring at both for hours looks like links r to short and the skid plate that came with tuber is chopped up might have to order a new one but I do have my scx10 tranny laying around so I could use that instead of the wraith tranny

Holy cinderblocks Batman! I had to get some higher C-rated batteries for the Blizzards. I guess the brushless systems in these machines needed more than my 20C lipos could give, they kept tripping out on LVC after hammering the throttle. If 40C doesn't do it then I give up .

The Fun Hobby Store

It is with mixed emotions that we are announcing the closing of Northern Hobbies. We had a good run for 10 seasons but it is now time to move on to another adventure.

Thank you to all who have supported us over the past 10 years. Without you we wouldn't have made it this long.

Starting Tuesday March 5th everything in the store will be marked down 30% with some items up to 70% off unless otherwise marked. Store hours will be Tuesday thru Friday 10am - 6pm and Saturday 10am - 3pm.

Thank You Again and Have Fun!

Dawn & John Demeny
Northern Hobbies
That really sucks, Dawn was always great to deal with. Now we are stuck with Bob and Tom or ordering everything online.
