I need to practice with it outdoors, too many obstacles in the house . If I get good at flying it I should be able to snap some cool pics when we're out trailing.

That's how you get good, if you can fly in your house you can fly anywhere.(as long as it's not windy)

I have that same rig It shoots ok videos but if you ditch the camera it flies great out side it is one hell of a trooper

I got in trade for some labor at the local offroad RC track, so if nothing else I'm not out any money. Still working on my hovering skills....now I'm dangerous on land and air!

Getting the itch to fire up the Kyosho Blizzards, so I'll be a hazzard on the snow too!

My whole back yard is virgin snow. You can come over and do whatever you want with it. We could even drive from the warm side of the patio door.

I decided to bump up from Stock 17.5 to the Modified Short Course bracket (fewer newbs and better racers) so I dropped some coin on a new Orion 10.5 motor. Holy crap! It's like running nitrous wide open! Now I can clear the big triple with ease . Zero boost, zero timing advance, and it's still a whole lot to handle. I'll have to play with the RX Gen II's programming and tame it down a fuzz or two....she's a beast!

There's a good sized triple jump on the new layout that the stockers can't clear without doing a double/single, and I couldn't get it down consistantly. I figured it was time to move up anyway and race against some better drivers and hopefully it will make me a better driver as well .

Plus, I like BIG AIR!
