Well we had built a bunch of tables (4x4') with chicken wire, burlap and concrete. Made them so we could interchange them and make dif courses. Oshkosh Hobby Town Was going to buy the materials and the club did all the work. We held comps there every other weekend in the winter. We paid $7 a class to run, the club got $2. Attendance fell off after about 2 years and of course there wasn't ever anyone there in the summer. He wasn't making enough money so he got rid of the tables (I think). 40 miles away from my house so it was a trip. I don't have any reason to go out there so I'm not sure what happened to it. The shitty part about it is he didn't say anything to the club about getting rid of it. 'Dawg saw a post on RC Tech of him trying to sell/give it away. There it is in a nut shell...... ![]() ![]() |

With all this sub zero weather I've really been enjoying the remote start option on my daily driver....it's nice to hop into a preheated vehichle. Then the battery died, and I had to stick my key into her like some kind of animal ![]() ![]() Here's to warmer days and rocks without end! ![]() |

To place an order at team brood or not to place??? If I do im leaning towards a machine wound intensity motor in 19t for a lcc based build? Any input would be great. Everything I have read says 19t on 2s with 12t pinion is going to be sexy

| ![]() I ran an 18.5 novak in my lcc when I had it on 3s the wheel speed was good and the tranny held it quite well, not sure if putting a brushed motor in I a lcc tranny is that good its not fun pulling the motor for any routine maintenance but that's my opinion, send me a pm I think I still have a new worm and spool.

It looks like the Trinity Speedgems 35T motors jumped up in price (A-Main Hobbies), might have to give those Team Brood Intensities a go next time around. They're both machine wound and look to be about the same quality.

In peices, but yes. Pros: 2 speed, T-case, very scale Cons: weak diff gears, 1.55 tires limit clearance, leafsprings limit flex There's a few pics of mine (the yellow rig) in my profile albums. Last edited by TrailDawg362; 02-02-2014 at 12:56 AM. |
