The R/P gears are pretty small compared to Axial's, and prolly low quality metal too. I will definitely give it a complete going over before she hits the trails again. There's lots to do yet but I'm actually getting kinda amped up to run it again. Once the body gets here I'll be able to make better progress. I saw a build thread of a TF fully linked with King shocks set for partial droop, very flexy! Maybe she'll evolve to that level if it does well as is .

Yup, 3 link, 4 link and shocks=close to $150 If I keep looking at all the goodies, I'll have another $400 bucks stuck into her! I got both feet on the "buy me" brake, but I think I'ma gettin' the 1.55 Growlers for sure.

No, smartass . I ordered the white body, so I'm thinking white with a black bed interior and possibly a body stripe of some color. Pretty basic and clean looking. If I throw the po-po lights on top I can be the official WIRCRC pace truck!

After some looking, I found the upgraded diff gears for the Yota. I think it might be a wise purchase. I kinda want this rollbar too.

I could very easily go nuts with this upgrade and that one and another, but better diff gears are a "must have". Too bad they're $35 each.

If I keep throwing $100 bills at it, it won't be a Trail Failure for long!

Exactly! I can't go much bigger than Flat Irons (4.19") without more suspension or body lift and I don't want to hack the wheelwells. I was hoping to do some nice rubber fender flares on the new lid along with paint and a few small dress-up goodies but nothing too extreme. I'll have to scan the TF-2 threads to find out what will work.

i have some 1.9 rc 4wd rok lox floating around here somewhere this is what they looked like on the honcho but the body was trimmed for 2.2
