3 piece wheels (for RC's) are a pain to get together, Maybe i don't know how to do it, but I had to redo my sawbacks wheels like 8 times. it sucked. LOL

If I were you, I would just set it aside for a while and wait until you can meet up with someone that can help you out. Over the internet is a hard way to get help unless you understand exactly what is going on.

I would help you out, I live just out side of sauk city. Lot closer than some that are giving advise. But I am broke, just started new job and can't even offer to meet you somewhere at this time, otherwise I would see if you wanted to meet up with me and whoever else we could get together with for a run and try to work things out for you.

This hobby is expensive and you will never get much out of your truck if you try to sell it right away, don't get too frustrated.I like my wraith. I traded my TLR SCT with almost no run time and my mini revo to Ryan down in Monroe for my wraith kit and servo, plus just a little cash on my end. I lost a lot of money seeing I paid 340-360 for the TLR last February and only raced it once. But I was done racing. Sick of a lot of the crap going on and I just wanted to have fun again.

I really do like my wraith. Haven't spent any money on it really yet and have driven it for about 2 hrs. Put a 21 turn traxxas 550 and mamba max pro in with stock gears. I'm trying to be nice to it, but I find myself being stupid at times. The screws on the axle are loosening up at times, need to check those. And the spur and pinion need to be changed out to 32p. I do have a clicking noise in the tranny that I don't understand yet, but it is actually doing better than I was afraid it would. Given all the nightmares you hear.

I feel kinda stupid saying this, but I wish axial had the kind of quality that traxxas does. I beat the hell out of my slash 4x4 and it just comes back for more. Spent a lot of money on that dam thing too!

Where did you buy your wraith from anyway?

Good luck.

RC4WD wheels are a little different size than everything else. When you use them together they work great. I tried to mount Pro-Line Super Swampers on a set of RC4WD wheels, didn't happen.

Yup, the beads on all the different tire brands aren't the same. Some are thicker or thinner, more of a lip (bead) or less. Axial BL rims are a breeze to work with, three piece styles can be tricky and RC4WD rims can be a real be-otch with some tires. Patience is key .

This might help. Underground Crawlers RC4WD/TSL spacers

I can't find VP's spacers but I know I read somewhere they made them.

well my wraith issue wasn't that bad. soldered my stock motor back in and everything is working great! had it outside for a 3 hour backyard run and worked great.... and speaking of my back yard

well I don't know if this might be a wife mistake but she told me next weekend im home alone with the kiddos cause she has to do some stuff out of town..... but leaving me without a good means of transportation ( all ill have is my suburban with a slipping clutch) so ive asked Corp who else might be up for a hang out Saturday evening at my place?

If you might be text me at 16083416226 for my addy. my back yard is huge and pretty hilly so we could possible set up a decent coarse BYOB N BYOF lol if theres a ton of interest. if only a few ill get some beer n pizzas haha

Just picked up a vaterra kemora for 100$ which is great cuz they discontinued them months ago. Anyways the thing is fast as hell for 1/14th scale and drifts pretty easily on this wet blacktop I have at my place. Feels well built and parts are cheap as hell plus compatible with losi's mini 8. Needs to find a nice dirt trail with some bumps and turns to really get crazy.
