All I can say is if this is Stinky's new comp rig, I expect to see it upstairs at HTO tomorrow.

hey guys, long time no talk. Work has been taking alot of my time lately.

I really need to get a rig going again. Probably just a trail rig for a little bit. Hopefully sometime in May I can pick one up.

I think your crawler would look bitchin' with a plow, but you'd need some hi-beam headlights for night plowin' . So what gear(s) were trashed at the last comp?

Welcome back Walter, hope you can make a few trail runs with the crew this spring/summer .

All 3 need to be replaced, the main diff gear was loose where it connects to the out drives, the center (idler) gear is missing a few teeth, and the spur drive gear has really sharp edges on the teeth. All are severly worn due to lack of prventive maintenance and perodic lubrication.

Wow, you trashed it good! Are you gonna go with upgraded replacement gears or stockers? I haven't destroyed an Axial trans (yet) .

Those were upgraded gears that I replaced when I sheared off an oe out drive. They have been in there for a couple of years...

I don't think you'll find much in that price range. Most "For Sale" listings are in the $250+ range, as an example. But hey, ya never know. Hope you find sumthin . I have too much blood, sweat and tears invested in my gear to sell it off .
