I will have to agree with trail dawg on finding something in that price range, I have over $100 in the wheels on my sportsman rig. Kasper is disappointed in his creeper you may be able to work a deal with him...

Sounds good. Are you going to go full frame with it? 2.2 or 1.9? What's your plan?

Kasper, your lights are all rewired for 6 volts, just gotta drill the holes for mounting the fronts .

Just going with stock chassis and 2.2. gona run it again today in stock form with a different pinion then do a few simple mods.

Default New Axial K.O.H. style truck

I think we've all seen the spy shots, opinions? I think it looks pretty bash-able and has decent scale appearance. Possible 2/4 wheel drive selectable, some say it'll be a 2 speed. Either way I'd like to hold one in my hands and take a closer look .

You're too kind! But I think my Proline tuber rig will have to do for now (when it's finished ). Maybe with the TSL's and lots of Axial stickers, it might pass for a KOH rig.

Why does Axial always come up with something irresistable, right when I feel like I'm satisfied with the current setups I've got?

The spy shots of the KOH rig look nice.

I hear you, Mr. Nate. It's almost like they secretly plot to keep us spending all our allowance on rc stuff .

So I went to the Oshkosh Truck job fair on Monday, after working a 13 hour 3rd shift starting at 5 the day before. Got there around 9:30AM and stood in line with about a thousand other people.....I'm not lying, there was a crapload of people . SIX hours later I made it to the front of the line! I made the first cut, and waited for phase two. Made it through that, filled out more paperwork, stood in line for the next batch of papers, stood in line again to pee in a cup....fawk, what a day! I finally got home around 5 that night. Background check, drug test and a physical coming, then maybe a new job .
