Satan6907 and WMRacer, you guys heading to Hobbytown to crawl Wednesday? Let me know if you are, and what time .

I changed my Team Zero shocks to externally sprung (losi reds all around as a starting point), and dropped the ride height a bit. It seems to flex more easily and feels more "planted". I wanna see if I'm closer to a good setup or not.

Man, pretty tempted to head down there again today, seeing as we didn't get much crawling in today.

Not sure what time, I'm pretty free all day, probably wont be until after 12 though.

Heh, I will probably shoot down there again too, its loads of fun, but not until i get a few bugs worked out of my rig, not sure if I am going to switch to a ladder chassis instead of the tuber....we shall see

After running my rig at Kasper's, I noticed it seems to flex better with the changes I made. The front end still comes up more easily than I like though. If I raise the upper links at the rear axle mounting point, this would give me more anti squat, correct? I'm thinking this will force the front end down somewhat. Will raising the front of the rear upper links do the same thing? Opinions?

This is what I found...Anti Squat and Suspension Tech
Go to the last page at the bottom there is a hand drawn diagram that explains it. Right or wrong, I don't know but it makes scents to me.

I plan on being at Kaspers LLRL around 6:30, we are getting busy at work so Chris usally has to be there until 6:00, so if we were to go to HT it would be damn near 7:00 and they close at 8:00.

I added a page to the web site showing pictures of the course build, when I get some pictures of the course the way it is now I will add them to the page. Here is the link. http://www.fvrcc-wi.com/hobby_town_oshkosh.htm

I could go for a Tuesday night session .

I just couldn't wait for the Wreckluse giveaway to end, so I placed my order for one today . I'll be canibalizing my first trail truck (Axial-based, X-Trail chassis) for this project, not sure about tires and rims yet. The Pro-line scaler shocks should work out nicely, and a 3Racing winch and light set if I can fit it all in. I'm stoked!

Kasper and I will be heading to Hobby Town on Friday around 4:00, I hear that super may be headed to Red Granite on sunday but that could be a rumour started by Chris hoping someone is headed that way.
